Please take a few minutes to review the attached check-in report. If anything does not match what you have found, let us know within seven days. If it is easier, you can review it in Fettlr, an app that turns the report into a checklist and lets you photograph anything you disagree with. One note on wording: offer it, never require it. A tenant should not be told that declining leaves them worse off, because it does not — the burden of proving a deduction sits with the landlord either way.
